It's Panera. Amazing
Disappointed.. there were about 12 employees standing around doing nothing with 1 register opened and I waited in line for at least 10 minutes..not in a hurry to go back
Nice clean resturant, with lots of healthy options, beautiful soups and selection of bread, a little on The expensive side but good quality fresh food
I ordered my usual "pick 2". White cheddar and steak panini and Fuji Apple Chicken salad with NO TOMATOES, ADD EXTRA APPLE CHIPS. They remade the salad, but FAILED to put the "extra apple chips" as requested. From the look of the salad, the Apple chips didn't look present AT ALL. MAYBE crumbs...AND they forgot the dressing! How many times do I have to go back to the counter? I decided to forget about the salad, and took it home disgusted. We enjoyed both paninis. But REALLY unhappy with the salad...And, the receipt says "Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let any associate know." UM, NO ONE OFFERED ME ANY "FREE TREAT". Am I expected to ASK for that, too, after I already said my salad was wrong...TWICE??
