Punt shells on the floor, a bye-gone era concept but not good for someone in a wheelchair. Service Was good but a couple side orders were forgotten but was quickly corrected. We received 1 item we did not order but we were permitted to have it and it was taken o# the bill.
If we were petty, we could have complained about the missing side orders however, we received them hot and we ate them, therefore, we paid for them. The tip was not as much as it could have been but our waitress was working hard on Mother's Day weekend so she still received a 15% tip. That were very busy.
Food: steak was not as good as I thought it would be but that is the cook's fault.
I had a great time from the time I walked in until I left. They were prompt, curteus and friendly. I told them I recently had oral surgery and my food was tender and cooked just the way I needed it. They took good care of us without hovering and I am very much looking forward to going back soon. GREAT JOB!!!!
Great service. Fantastic food... All three of us enjoyed what we ordered! Two of us had a 6 oz sirloin and my husband had pulled pork. Would definitely eat here again.
Best national steakhouse chain that I've tried so far. Awesome steaks and most the sides are great. Wait times can get a little crazy but there are free roasted shelled peanuts to chew on. Tossing them on the floor just feels wrong and looks terrible and I'd imagine the dust and smell of them might bother someone sensitive to them. The complementary cinnamon butter and rolls are delicious. The staff is always amazing as well.
Therefore, I suggest going on a non-holiday weekend.
Good steak house. Good food and atmosphere overall. The BBQ chicken is very good. They did forget some of our items but it's not worth deducting a star. The cinnamon bread and butter is very tasty.
