I have appointments here every 6-8 weeks, always a cut, sometimes a color. Love love love this salon!! Personally, I see Shannon because she "gets me," but all the stylists are fantastic. I receive tons of compliments on my hair, and I always refer people to Total Concept. The best!!

I highly recommend this place. Love the atmosphere. Everyone is always so friendly. Never had a bad hair cut and when I colored my hair it was always great. The young ladies are all great, but Amber is the one who cuts my hair.
