Recently purchased a Toyota and have been using this location for my service. Twice I had Hans (sp) as my check in person at the front counter. He was always friendly. During my last visit there was an issue between the service I wanted, and the add on service Hans suggestion. Although my original service could not be done, they completed the second service. There also was an issue with getting my car back and being told it was in the car wash versus waiting to go through the car wash. After the situation, I e-mailed the General Manager Mike and the Service Manager Matt. After three days, no one responded to my e-mail so I called. I spoke to the Service Manager. I explained to him my situation. He was able to work out the situation. Next time I will be giving specific instructions to the front counter about what is to be done or not to be done to my vehicle.
Thank you to Chad Scholl for working my recent purchase of a 2018 Camry and 2015 Tundra. Glad to be back in a truck that is much more truck than the 2017 Silverado I traded in. Looking forward to no maintenance and warranty concerns for the life of the loan for the Camry and Tundra. Thanks!
The staff was friendly and the used lot is stocked with clean cars but they want as much for a year old car as the new one up the street with a full warranty.
As far as Toyota dealerships I would give them a 5 star. I struggle to give them the same rating overall. I feel like the typical model of car dealership needs to change. I still feel that each time I get service there is an upcharge for additional work. That does not build trust. If I went to a physician and he said "well it's about time to get that heart valve replaced" I would find another physician. I want to know the expected outcome if I do the entire list of service items, give me hard cold numbers not "it's good for your car". I am also a little irritated that the cabin filter cost $60 when the filter alone is $15 and the labor is less than 2 minutes. Regardless Aubrey Alexander is a top notch Toyota dealership!
I'll pass on this place in the future.
They want to charge retail for their cars and offer wholesale on the trade. It doesn't work like that.
If you’re looking for your first car purchase, I’d choose this dealership. The customer service and patience among the salesman was exceptional. They won’t try and push you to buy something you’re not comfortable with doing. A big shout out to Kyle Reigle, who helped me with my first purchase quick and easy. Very grateful to have bought my car here!
