Horrible place and sales people. There was five of one electronic in wrong sales spot, supervisor wouldnt sell product for that price. Most any other store would honor that mistake, not best buy though

Surface Pro 4 purchase for business use was a pleasant experience. I typically am not an impulse buyer so couple education visits on device comp pros and cons occurred prior to purchase. All staff were fairly knowledgeable even if they were not the "resident expert" in that department. Geek Squad setup service was painless and helpful. So far very pleased with recent purchase.

To make a long story short I took an Xbox 1 X back that I purchased there I told the girl at customer service I wanted an exchange and she put it through as a return. Since item was bought through a loan service called affirm, I do not have card it was put on. So money will pay off that loan and I guess in a month after it is closed I could fill out another loan and do it again. Seems like a minor issue but to me it passed me off more than you can imagine. You won't get my business anymore after I cash out my 80 dollars worth of best buy points.

Great experience here! William was exceptionally helpful and even ordered us a computer with better specs for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend, and I'm a tech guy, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to computers. Will definitely be shopping here again!

The difference between this best buy and every other best buy is staggering. I've been in numerous times now and each time I have to seek out an employee for any help or information at all. Best Buys commitment is to nag you with their customer service because that's their job - How can you be missing the one thing that actually sets Best Buy apart?

Horrible customer service. They have a problem with listening and comprehending simple things. I absolutely hate Amazon but that is where I will be making any new electronic purchases.
