Nice large well organized and clean store. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have helped with fabric color choices/ selections. I am not good putting different fabrics and colors. The staff has helped with this more than once. One staff member used a coupon that I did not have and saved me some money.
I needed a certain fleece and needed it. Ohio wouldn't ship it to me even though they were a lot closer. I called this store the lady was super nice ordered me the fleece & she must of shipped it the same day cause I received it by wednesday by fed ex. Thank you so very much for your wonderful customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to call this store again to order anything I needed. :-)
Never have anything. Staff is friendly, but this store is very small and never has a good selection of all types of fabrics, as can be expected from a regular joannes. Their hours online are wrong, as they close at 5 pm on sunday (says 7). Everytime I come here I wish I remembered not to, and to just drive the extra way to williamsport. Mall joannes shouldn't exist.
