I've had my ring only two years and already have had to have 4 diamonds replaced. I missed cleaning so this last I had to pay for it, even though I had a warranty and a lifetime diamond bond. I got it back on Wednesday but Thursday I had lost another diamond. Their customer service is terrible and the quality is awful. I will never buy anything from there again!
HORRIBLE!!!! It was bad enough that one of the workers was arrogantly just downright rude but then to still purchase something? I guess it is I who was wrong because a little over a month after purchasing a pair of supposed crystal studded earrings? Not one, not two but rather ALL fell out and they would not replace them OR fix them!! As for the manager???? She's the QUEEN "B"!!! From here on out I'll definitely either be going to a FOR REAL high quality jewelry store.......or Walmart because their jewelry is by far even better.
Also, 6 years ago my husband and I purchased our marital rings there. 14 k gold and his (without extreme physical activity) split right in half 2 times (which surprisingly was replaced)......the 3rd time though? He went to another jeweler in the Susquehanna Valley Mall and purchased a titanium one which to this day doesn't even have a scratch on it.
This is not the service I expected after spending thousands of dollars.
I don't know what happened with the other reviewer, but I had the BEST customer service experience. I told the lady working there right up front I wasn't buying anything that day, I just wanted to shop around and get a feel for what things. She sat down with for around an hour and showed me items she thought I would like. I went over to Kayz (I've bought at least 10 things from there before and will NEVER again) and all they did was try to sell my the most expensive engagment ring they had.. which was ugly as sin!! Zales won me over
The Zale's at this mall NEEDS to screen who they hire better AND needs to improve gratuitously on their merchandise. My dogs are too good for their jewelry!!

Horrible Customer Service! Very ignorant! Also had my Diamond studs for almost 4months....replacing a cracked Diamond! If there is another zales close....your best best would be to go there!
I will call the corporate and fight for it. But I find it very unprofessional for them to ask for something that never was told to me before
Very poor customer service. I have bought my wedding and engagement ring from selinsgrove pa location with life time insurance. I got it checked and cleaned every 6 months or so. But I was never asked to have their plan paper signed as a proof. So when I went back for a repair they refuse to cover for the repair expenses. I was asked to show the proof that I was there for cleaning and check every 6 months. No one ever told me about it until now.
