Nice parking area and only a short quick walk to an amazing view of the Susquehanna. Clean bathrooms, a nice play area for the kiddos. Great picnic areas.
Love flying into Sunbury Airport and being right overhead while turning to land!
Nice look over the Susquehanna, Sunbury, etc. Pretty Green space. Nice place for a picnic. There are some rocks you can sit out on if you walk to the right of the main overlook and then take a left down a little side path.
This is truly a gem of a State Park! I went up and down route 11/15 for years without knowing about this! It's incredible, the view is amazing. There is a great place for picnics with plenty of shaded picnic tables and seversl pavilions, and a nice sized playground.
Was very nice clean space with plenty of spots to sit and watch the river and wildlife
